Procedure for Contacting IT Support

In case of any technical issues, please follow the steps below before reaching out to IT support. If the store is unable to process sales, use the WhatsApp group "Pandora KSA IT Ops" to report the issue.

Steps to Take Before Contacting IT Support:

  1. Internet Issues:

    • Check the provider's router.
    • Restart the router if there is no internet connection.
  2. Fiscal Printer Issues:

    • Verify that there is enough paper in the printer.
    • Restart the fiscal printer.

If the issue persists after completing these steps, contact IT support via the "Pandora KSA IT Ops " WhatsApp group, providing a clear description of the problem and the actions you have already taken.
